The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption Canada is dedicated to increasing the adoptions of the children in Canada's foster care system waiting for permanent homes. Dave Thomas, founder of Wendy's, created the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption in 1992 in support of the vision that every child deserves a permanent home and a loving family. The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption Canada was incorporated in 2003.
